Wellness Testing & Assessments
Understanding Your Health Starts with Understanding You
I believe the body was designed to heal when given the right support. Rather than chasing symptoms, my goal is to understand what may be contributing to them and help you create practical, sustainable steps toward better health.
Every client begins by completing a detailed health intake questionnaire before we meet. This allows me to understand your health history, current concerns, lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, stress, medications, supplements, and personal wellness goals.
During your consultation, we'll review your intake together and discuss where to begin. In many cases, meaningful improvements can be made through nutrition, lifestyle changes, stress management, sleep, and targeted supplementation. Because of that, advanced testing isn't always the first step—and it isn't necessary for everyone.
When additional information would help guide your wellness plan, I may recommend specialized testing to provide greater insight into your health. Each recommendation is based on your unique needs—not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Bioenergetic Assessment (Qest4)
If you're unsure where to begin, this is often the assessment I recommend first.
Using a small hair and tissue sample, the Qest4 Bioenergetic Assessment provides a broad overview of body systems that may be experiencing stress. While it is not a diagnostic medical test, it can help identify areas that may benefit from additional support or further evaluation.
One of the reasons I value this assessment is that it offers a significant amount of information at a relatively affordable cost. Rather than ordering multiple specialty tests immediately, the Qest4 often helps us identify priorities and determine whether additional testing is truly needed.
The results are always considered alongside your health history, symptoms, and wellness goals to create a personalized wellness plan.
Blood Work Review
Standard blood work often contains valuable information that isn't fully explained during a routine medical visit.
I review laboratory results from an integrative perspective, looking for patterns involving nutrition, inflammation, blood sugar regulation, thyroid function, liver health, cardiovascular risk factors, and other markers that may influence overall wellness.
My goal is to help you better understand your results and identify opportunities to support your health alongside the care you receive from your healthcare provider.
Food Sensitivity Testing
Food sensitivities don't always cause immediate reactions, yet they may contribute to digestive discomfort, headaches, skin concerns, fatigue, joint discomfort, or inflammation.
When appropriate, food sensitivity testing can help identify potential triggers and provide direction for a more personalized nutrition plan.
Gut Health Analysis
A healthy digestive system is essential for nutrient absorption, immune function, hormone balance, and overall wellness.
This assessment evaluates digestive function, beneficial bacteria, and other markers that may provide insight into chronic digestive concerns and overall health.
Candida & Metabolic Assessment
For individuals experiencing chronic fatigue, sugar cravings, digestive concerns, brain fog, or recurring yeast-related symptoms, this assessment may provide additional information about factors influencing overall wellness.
Omega-3 & Inflammation Testing
Inflammation is often a contributing factor in many chronic health concerns.
This assessment evaluates essential fatty acid status and inflammation-related markers that can help guide nutritional recommendations and lifestyle strategies.
Women's & Men's Wellness Panels
Hormonal changes affect much more than reproduction. They influence energy, sleep, metabolism, mood, bone health, and overall well-being.
These wellness panels provide valuable information that can help guide nutritional and lifestyle recommendations throughout every stage of life.
Stress, Mood & Metabolism
Stress affects nearly every system of the body.
This assessment evaluates biomarkers related to stress response, metabolism, and overall wellness, helping identify areas that may benefit from targeted nutritional and lifestyle support.
Minerals & Heavy Metals
Nutrient deficiencies and environmental exposures can significantly impact how we feel.
This assessment evaluates mineral status and potential heavy metal exposure to help identify imbalances that may be contributing to fatigue, cognitive concerns, or other chronic symptoms.

Not Sure Which Assessment Is Right for You?
You don't have to figure it out on your own.
Most clients aren't sure which tests, if any, would be beneficial when they first reach out—and that's perfectly okay. We'll begin with your health history, symptoms, and goals, then decide together whether testing would provide meaningful information.
Sometimes the best next step is specialized testing. Other times, it's simply making foundational lifestyle changes first.
Either way, my goal is to help you understand your body, support it well, and create a plan that's both practical and sustainable.
