Health guide by Christina McCammon

Walking Out Wellness

Each of these books was written to meet a real need—often one I encountered repeatedly in conversations, ministry, or my own life. Rooted in Wellness was born from answering the same foundational health questions over and over, for both clients and non-clients. Rather than repeating myself endlessly, I created a resource that clearly explains essential health practices in one place.

Genesis came from a request within the youth group I help lead, where students wanted a guided study of the book of Genesis. Foundations followed after hearing from new believers who needed a simple, approachable way to understand the Bible and the structure of the Church. Living Church emerged from a growing frustration with how many Christians misunderstand the purpose and role of the Church itself.

Altars and Attitudes began as a test-run project but quickly became something more when I realized there were very few quality devotionals specifically created for worship teams. The Crib was written out of a similar gap—I searched for meaningful, beautifully written devotionals for new mothers and struggled to find one that truly resonated.

Finally, Get Off the Bathroom Floor is my personal story. It’s a testament to how someone can be born into incredibly difficult circumstances and still see their life redeemed. It’s about overcoming obstacles, finding hope, and discovering how Jesus can use even the most painful experiences for purpose and healing.
