General Consultation

At Rooted in Wellness, LLC, we believe in starting with a General Consultation to determine the best course of action for your wellness journey. 

Consultation Process:

1. The General Consultation is priced at $90 and typically lasts around 90 minutes.
2. You will receive an intake form via email before your scheduled appointment.
3. Please complete and return the intake form at least 5 days before our meeting. If you opt for any Blood Work, ensure to include the lab results with your intake form.
4. We will meet either in person or video to discuss your intake form and create a personalized wellness plan.
5. A follow-up consultation will be scheduled 30 days after you receive your products to assess your progress and plan next steps.
6. I am available via email to address any questions you may have between appointments.
7. In most cases, supplements may be recommended at an additional cost to address nutritional deficiencies. These products can be purchased through our online store, chrisstan.gethealthy.store which accepts FSA and HSA payments and offers free shipping.
